TRACKING: Cold temperatures through the week The clouds move out this morning, giving us sunny skies for most of today, but the breezy northwest winds remain, sustained at 10 to 20 mph and gusting to 30 mph. Temperatures are going to be cooler as a result, with highs in the upper 40s to low 50s.
